Have you ever felt completely exhausted? It seems there are times in life when so much is happening that you can’t stop to take a break. I’ve felt that way since the close of 2013. Family matters have demanded a great deal of my time. Work endeavors are not where I’d like them to be, so more work is needed (marketing, networking, writing, schmoozing)… in hopes to move you to the next comfortable place.
And people – boy do they always need something! I told a friend that I feel like the community “nanny.” Knowing that I am trustworthy and reliable in character is a blessing. However, the outpouring of requests for housing assistance, transportation, administrative support, consulting, meetings, etc. is – you guessed it: TAXING! The emotional strain can be almost unbearable at times.
Emotional stress is a nemesis to good health. It can manifest in areas like insomnia, anxiety, depression, post traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), gastritis, grinding of teeth, chronic pain, and more. We must be diligent in resting our mind and body daily. It is the only way to create the environment needed for proper restoration.
Tip: Try using a daily supplement blend of Calcium, Magnesium, and Zinc. It offers support for the neurological system. My experience has been a notably improved quality of sleep… no more insomnia!
